EFT by Bopha ‘Bo’ Batuwangala

After a friend introduced EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, also known as tapping) to her in 2013, life hasn’t been the same. First Bo used EFT for personal emotional blockages. Not believing how easy and effective it was to use she convinced family and friends to try it. They were happy with their results so she decided to become an EFT practitioner. Bo received formal EFT training in Hong Kong and California through EFT Universe to become an EFT practitioner. She has been an EFT practitioner since 2013. Bo also has a Bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in psychology from Western Carolina University, USA.
Non-Violent Communication by Julia Feste
Julia Feste got in touch with NVC during summer 2015 when searching for a way to apply discipline that would be aligned with her deep respect for her little students. Since then she has continued to learn NVC in France and China, in three different languages (French, Chinese, English). She is currently participating in one year internationally certified Parent Peer Leadership Program (PPLP). She has been publicly sharing NVC since 2016 at the Beijing Mindfulness Center and trains her co-teachers at La Maison Montessori de Pekin where she also works as a Montessori educator for the 2 to 3,5 years old children.

Canadian born, Renee Hodgkinson is a designated Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 10 years of experience as a coach, career woman and as a mother. Her coaching approach is anchored in holistic development to empower individuals to transform their lives through heightening awareness and deepening understanding of their personal potential.
As a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), as a Mindfulness Meditation Practitioner from the University of Toronto, a certified facilitator in Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI) / Motivational Value System (MVS), a Global Career Development certification, The Leadership Circle assessment, and a Peace and Reconciliation certificate from the Glencree Peace and Reconciliation centre, Renee’s foundation is based on the belief of living your best self.

Dalida Turkovic is Professional Certified Coach with International Coach Federation and certified Mindfulness, Wellness and Somatic coach through the Mindfulness Coaching School. She has been living and working in Beijing since 1993.
With twenty years experience in practices of internal martial arts, meditation, and mindfulness, Dalida coaches individuals and organizational leaders how to connect with resourceful states when dealing with setbacks and changes within their personal and professional environment.
Dalida is the founder of the Beijing Mindfulness Centre and an author of Mindfulness for Beginners, the illustrated book for mindful parenting.
