Dance It Out! is a fun fitness workout that follows the basic steps of Salsa, Reggaeton, Cumbia, Merengue and other Latin dancing styles to create an energetic class following the addictive rhythms of your favorite songs. The dance moves are easy to follow and repeated in sets. Each choreography offers different levels of intensity so you can follow the one according to your capabilities and fitness, but at the end of each song you will end up feeling like a dancing queen or even king (men very much welcome)! There is only one rule in this class: to enjoy yourself to the max! Whether you love dancing or just want to have a fun time while exercising, Dance It Out! is for you.

    The greatest instructor I had! I was in the early morning class, very sleepy and this lady just rocked the whole my body! Music selection is really good, moves are comprehensive and the general vibe of the class was great. Thank you!

    I had never done a dance class before in my life. But this was a great experience, such fun and yet a great workout. The instructor is very approachable and friendly with great energy. Caters for all levels. Highly recommended.
