Pauline’s Cuisine is excited to announce the class schedule for the spring semester. Looking for serious cooking classes from an experienced chef or for a fabulous fun morning with friends? Pauline’s Cuisine is the place to do so. Each class will consist of a lecture about the culinary subject of the day and some hardcore cooking. You will walk away with a full belly and new skills to impress in the kitchen. Contact Pauline’s Cuisine by scanning the QR code in the poster or add on WeChat: Paulus155
Classes are held in Lido close to EAST hotel.
All classes must have a minimum of four and a maximum of ten students to make sure you will have enough attention. Your class space is secured by payment via WeChat or Alipay so please make sure to book the space in the class you wish to attend when you pay. If you wish to cancel, do so four (4) days before the class. You will receive a 100% refund; if you cancel later we can’t issue a refund. In the unfortunate case of a cancelation on Pauline’s Cuisine side, you will be notified a day in advance and you will receive a coupon to use for another class. Classes are for adults; however, teenagers who are responsible are always welcome to join. We hold no responsibility for adult kitchen jokes that are not suitable for kids.
Thirst and Hunger
Coffee, tea, and water will be served. If you want to take alcohol to consume, you are more than welcome to bring your own bottle (BYOB). At the end of each class, we will sit down together and consume the meal we cooked family style. Some classes have minimal cooking like Chop Chop and Home Pickle, so no worries as Pauline’s Cuisine will serve lunch. You won’t go thirsty or hungry at the classes since the most important part of cooking is eating.
Cost of Classes
Each class costs RMB 420 and includes the printed recipe and lunch. The class schedule is for Spring. You can purchase more classes for discounted price. Four classes for RMB 16oo, five classes for RMB 2000 or six classes for RMB 2400.
Pauline’s Cuisine is happy to teach personal classes in the comfort of your own home or with a group of friends that fit in your own kitchen. Students who wish to have private classes are also welcome in Lido for a maximum of six students at a time. Feel free to inquire about the available dates and personalized menus. Pauline’s Cuisine recommends reserving a private class at least one month in advance
