Often, underneath anger, there is a web of suppressed emotions pointing out to our unexpressed needs. Emotional Freedom Techniques or Tapping help us to observe these messages and release physical sensations that accompany them. And what is most important this work enables you to release stories related to emotions that accompany them.
Each session focuses on a specific emotion (anger, grief, fear, worry, anxiety etc.) or behaviour (emotional eating, rumination, addition etc).

Bo has been practising EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, also known as tapping) since 2013. She received formal EFT training in Hong Kong and California through EFT Universe to become an EFT practitioner. She currently works with individuals and groups at the Beijing Mindfulness Centre. She specializes in EFT for daily stress management, careers, self-confidence, anxiety, and relationships.
