Kae Gosslin began her Yoga journey in 2014 and along the way she fell in love with it and discovered how much of a positive impact her practice had on life, both physically and mentally. With that positive impact, she wanted to share her passion and practice with others so she continued her journey by completing the 200-hour Yoga Alliance teaching certification through Vikasa Yoga in Samui, Thailand. Her teaching style is a combination of Hatha and Vinyasa. Each class will focus on strength, flexibility, and restoration, and will be suitable for all. Yoga with Kae offers both private and group classes.
